Jaime graduated in 1995 as a massage therapist from the Lindsey Hopkins Center in Miami, FL. (MA21597). Besides offering Western massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Lymphatic Drainage, her specialty treatments include: Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapies, Pre-natal and Post-natal massage, Cranial-sacral therapy, Thai massage, Reflexology, Watsu, Reiki and Pranic Healing, Chakra balancing, and Hot stone massage.

Jamie also has her Esthetician license in the State of Florida (FB9754201) offering organic Ayurvedic facials, Micro-needling prodedures, Myofacial therapy, Anti-Aging and Anti-Acne treatments.

Jamie’s passion is in natural healing and mind-body balance. She is also a Yoga teacher with specialization in Hatha Yoga, Sivananda style, and Kundalini, Pregnancy Yoga and Meditation.
