Spa Policies


Booking your Appointment – To schedule an appointment you may call us at 954-237-3500 or click on this link. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.

Payment – We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and JothiVita gift certificates.  Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.

Service Charge – For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be automatically added to your bill.  Additional gratuities are welcomed for exceptional service.

Punctuality – We respectfully request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals – The time for your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you arrive late, the length of your session might be shorten depending on the therapist availability.  If you choose to reschedule, a 25% administrative charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy – As a courtesy to our staff, guests are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling; failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.

Cell Phones – We respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off during your time at the spa.

Gift Certificates – These are available for any product, treatment, or workshop and may be purchased by phone, on our website or directly at our front desk.
