We recommend you wear comfortable clothes. Robes and slippers are available for your comfort during your stay. Part of the Ayurvedic therapy is to leave the oils penetrating your skin for a few hours after your treatment, so don’t wear any clothing that could be easily stained.
Frequency will depend on your condition and needs. We suggest having a massage at least once a month but during a stressful period, once a week would be ideal. The JothiVita Membership plan is a very good option to support the frequency of your treatment.
We suggest you avoid having a heavy meal before your treatment. Preferably, allow at least an hour between your last meal and your massage.
You will experience benefits from every treatment we offer. However, our staff can assist you in selecting the most appropriate treatment for you.
Traditional Ayurvedic therapies require nudity. However, you will always be draped. If you prefer, you can leave your underwear on. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during this experience.
We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment so you can check in, enjoy a cup of tea and get ready for the experience.

Most insurance companies do not cover massage therapy or acupuncture. You will need to contact your insurance agent to verify your plan.
