The time for your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you arrive late, the length of your session might be shorten depending on the therapist availability. If you choose to reschedule, a 25% administrative charge will be applied..
We respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off during your time at the spa.
As a courtesy to our staff, guests are asked to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling; failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment.
